Simone D. has a diverse work experience in various educational and corporate settings. Starting in 2005, Simone worked as an Export Assistant at Arcadia Group Ltd for two years. From 2008 to 2016, Simone was a Teacher of Business Studies and Personal Finance at The Leigh Academy, where they delivered lessons, reviewed assignments, and maintained student records. Simone then joined The Leigh Academy as a Literacy Lead - Business Studies from 2013 to 2016, concurrently serving as a Staff Governor. In 2014, Simone worked as a Mentor at Kent & Medway Training. From 2016 to 2019, Simone worked at Beths Grammar School as a Teacher of Business Studies and Economics, contributing to the school's development plan. Next, Simone took on the role of a Youth Mentor at NCS - National Citizen Service Trust for two months in 2019. Simone's most recent position is with Inner London Secondary School, where they served as the Head of Department for Business, Economics, and Computer Science from 2019 to 2022. In August 2022, Simone joined Taylor's Education Group as the Head of Business Faculty.
