Simone then joined The Leigh Academy as a Literacy Lead - Business Studies from 2013 to 2016, concurrently serving as a Staff Governor. In 2014, Simone worked as a Mentor at Kent & Medway Training. From 2016 to 2019, Simone worked at Beths Grammar School as a Teacher of Business Studies and Economics, contributing to the school's development plan. Next, Simone took on the role of a Youth Mentor at NCS - National Citizen Service Trust for two months in 2019. Continuing their educational pursuits, Simone D. then enrolled at Kent & Medway Training in 2007. Simone obtained a Postgraduate Certificate in Education (PGCE) in Education, with a focus on Business Studies. This program spanned from 2007 to 2008.
