Melissa Taylor is the current Vice President of Strategy at Taylor. Melissa has over eight years of experience in integrated marketing, communications, and digital media. Melissa has a proven track record in developing and executing holistic communications plans that deliver business results.

Prior to joining Taylor, Melissa was the Director of Digital at Citizen Relations where they oversaw multiple projects, budgets and teams across client accounts, new business and agency marketing. During their time at Citizen Relations, Melissa delivered fully integrated client solutions encompassing digital, creative, influencer, PR, experiential and measurement by providing senior strategic counsel and tactical plans to the agency's oral care, home care, lifestyle, health and travel accounts including P&G, Natrol and more. Melissa was also key player in diversifying agency capabilities, accounts and methodologies with a focus on growing the digital practice and modernizing measurement offering. In addition, they created the agency's proprietary influencer marketing offering and is currently building an enterprise tool to manage influencer relationships and campaigns.

Before their time at Citizen Relations, Melissa was the Digital Director at HL Group for one year where they were responsible for executing social media campaigns and driving website traffic for clients in the fashion, beauty and lifestyle industries. Melissa also spent three years as the Senior Manager of Social Media and Marketing at Cesar Millan Inc., where they managed all social media accounts and developed marketing strategies that generated awareness and increased sales for the company. Additionally, Melissa has held the position of Digital Manager at Bender/Helper Impact for one year where they oversaw digital strategy for clients in the entertainment industry.

Melissa Taylor attended Pasadena City College.
