Shovais Bajwa

Shovais Bajwa is an accomplished operations manager with extensive experience in managing and optimizing warehouse and operational processes. Currently serving as Operations Manager at Tazah Technologies since January 2024, Shovais previously held the same position at Zarya App from May to December 2023. Shovais's notable achievements at Airlift Technologies include managing a liquidation project worth 70 million PKR, reducing vendor liabilities by 36%, and generating cost savings of 26 million PKR. In the role of Warehouse Operations Manager, Shovais led a team of over 40 members, improved inventory accuracy, and significantly enhanced order fulfillment rates while overseeing P&L responsibilities. Earlier roles at Dawlance encompassed warranty control and production technologies, where Shovais developed training plans and implemented process improvements. Shovais holds a Bachelor of Engineering in Mechanical Engineering from the National University of Sciences and Technology (NUST), completed in 2017.
