Nandi Kweyama Amanda

Amanda Kweyama has extensive experience in human resources, with their most recent position being Human Resources Director at TB HIV Care starting in October 2022. Prior to that, they worked as the Head of Human Resources at CHAPS - The Centre for HIV/AIDS Prevention Studies from January 2020 to September 2022. In this role, they were responsible for managing HR functions, EXCO representation, strategy development and implementation, and budgeting. Before that, Amanda served as the General Manager of HR Operations at BIDTravel in 2019. Amanda, Nandi also held various HR positions at The Aurum Institute, including Senior HR Business Partner from January 2018 to August 2019, HR Business Partner from January 2016 to December 2017, and Junior HR Business Partner from November 2014 to December 2015. Amanda, Nandi'searlier experience includes roles as an Imports Customer Service Specialist at Safmarine from September 2012 to October 2014, a Credit Controller at Maersk Line, Limited from June 2009 to August 2012, and an Import Customer Service Agent at Maersk Line from June 2007 to May 2009.

Amanda, Nandi Kweyama completed their Bachelor's degree in Industrial and General Psychology from the University of KwaZulu-Natal between 2004 and 2006. In 2014, they enrolled in the UNISA Centre for Business Management and completed a course in Human Resource Management. In 2011, they obtained a Certificate in Practical Bookkeeping from the University of South Africa/Universiteit van Suid-Afrika. Prior to their higher education, Amanda, Nandi Kweyama completed their Matric with Exemption from Newcastle High School between 1999 and 2003.

Continuing their education in the field of Human Resources, Amanda, Nandi Kweyama started an Advanced Program in Human Resource Management at the University of South Africa/Universiteit van Suid-Afrika in 2017. Currently, they are pursuing an Honors in Human Resource Management at MANCOSA, which began in 2019 and is expected to conclude in 2020.
