Ana Belo

Ana Belo has several years of experience in talent acquisition and human resources. Ana'smost recent role is Talent Acquisition Lead at tb.lx by Daimler Truck, where they began in August 2022. Prior to that, they worked as a Talent Acquisition Partner at SingleStore from January 2022 to August 2022. Before that, they held the position of Senior Talent Acquisition Representative, EMEA at Hitachi Vantara from June 2021 to December 2021. Ana also has experience at KWAN, where they worked as a Team Ambassador from January 2019 to June 2021, handling IT sourcing and recruitment, team management, and client management. Ana also served as a Permanent Placement Ambassador from January 2018 to December 2018 and a Recruitment Ambassador from March 2015 to December 2017. Ana'sprevious experience includes roles at RUPEAL as IT Talent Acquisition | Business Manager | People & Culture from March 2015 to June 2021, and at Conta Connosco as a Crew Member - Recruitment in May 2020 to June 2020. Ana began their career with internships at Randstad Portugal as a Human Resources Intern from December 2014 to February 2015, and at Generali as a Human Resources Generalist from May 2014 to November 2014.

Ana Belo completed their Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources Management at Universidade Lusíada de Lisboa from 2011 to 2014. Ana then pursued a Master's Degree in Gestão de Recursos Humanos e Análise Organizacional, also at Universidade Lusíada de Lisboa, from 2015 to 2016.
