Oleg Khodokevich

Oleg Khodokevich currently serves as the Development Group Lead at Tinkoff since March 2022, overseeing multiple full-stack teams and implementing Agile methodologies while influencing product strategy and coordinating projects. Oleg has a substantial background in software development, having worked as a Java/Kotlin developer on fraud monitoring systems and performance tracking projects. Prior experience includes a Software Engineer role at ObjectStyle, focusing on open-source Java ORM frameworks, and as a Software Development Engineer at EPAM Systems, contributing to various internal systems and analytics APIs. Earlier in the career, Oleg held a leadership position in a construction company, managing significant projects, doubling annual revenue, and creating comprehensive project plans. Oleg holds a Bachelor's degree in Building Technology from Belarusian National Technical University.
