Vadim Goncharov

Vadim Goncharov serves as the Head of Software Development for Tinkoff Special Projects, focusing on games and gamification platforms since September 2017, and also holds the same title for Tinkoff Journal. Additionally, Vadim is a Senior Front End Engineer at Лакшери-Котакшери and previously occupied key roles including CTO at ezhome and Software Engineer at Digital Society Laboratory. Earlier experience includes positions as Front End Architect at VK and Front End Engineer at Teleport Design Agency, where Vadim was also the owner, full stack engineer, and UX/UI designer. Vadim's educational background includes an MBA from Moscow School of Management SKOLKOVO (2023-2025), a degree in Game Design and Management from the Higher School of Economics (2020-2021), and a Master's Degree in Computer Science from the Moscow Institute of Electronics and Mathematics (2005-2010).
