Vova Kirilyuk is a highly experienced product designer with a strong background in design and technology. Currently serving as Lead Product Designer at Tinkoff since March 2022, Vova plays a key role in the design and enhancement of internal products within a marketing platform, focusing on the integration of advanced technologies like artificial intelligence. Prior to Tinkoff, Vova was a UX/UI Product Designer at Andata, where significant contributions included the creation of pitch decks that secured $900K in funding and recognition in multiple accelerators. Vova’s early career included roles as a Product Designer at NDFLka and as the founder of MESQ, where innovative apartment search solutions were developed. Additional professional experience includes senior design roles at K4 and design engineering positions at SGC and Ramos. Vova holds a Bachelor of Engineering in Engineering Design and Construction from the Gubkin Russian State University of Oil and Gas.
