Tuomas Minor

Tuomas Minor, P.Eng, MBA has extensive work experience in various engineering roles. Tuomas started their career as a DSL Technical Support Agent at the Local Support Center in 2005. Tuomas then worked as a Civil Engineering Technician at exp Global Inc. from 2007 to 2008, where they were responsible for contract administration and removal of a logging dam. Tuomas then joined True Grit Engineering, now Stantec, as an Engineering Intern from 2008 to 2010. In this role, they served as a contract administrator for civil and environmental projects. At JML Engineering Ltd., Tuomas worked as an Engineering Intern from 2010 to 2011, focusing on structural analysis and design of various structures. Since 2011, Tuomas has been with Tbaytel, where they held multiple positions, including Manager of Commercial and Construction Operations, Manager of Outside Plant Engineering, Director of Network Operations, and currently, Director of Field Operations & Outside Plant Engineering. Tuomas' roles at Tbaytel have involved overseeing field operations, network operations, and outside plant engineering.

Tuomas Minor, P.Eng, MBA completed their Bachelor of Engineering (B.Eng) degree from Lakehead University in 2010. Tuomas then pursued higher education and obtained a Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree from the same university in 2015.
