Evgeny Tsoy

Evgeny Tsoy has a vast work experience in the IT security field. Evgeny currently holds the position of Head of IT Security Department at TBC UZ since August 2022. Prior to this, they worked as an IT Security Manager at the University of Central Asia from May 2019 to July 2022. Before that, they held various roles at Beeline Kyrgyzstan, including IT Security Manager from May 2016 to May 2019 and Senior Information Security Specialist from September 2011 to May 2016. Evgeny started their career as a System Engineer at OJSC "Kyrgyztelecom" from August 2008 to September 2011.

Evgeny Tsoy earned their Master's degree in Computer Science from Kyrgyz National University named after Jusup Balasagyn, where they studied from 2003 to 2008. In addition to their academic qualifications, they obtained the IELTS General Training certification (CEFR Level C1) from IELTS Official in May 2021.
