Salome Tkeshelashvili

Salome Tkeshelashvili serves as the Head of Communications and Customer Experience for Corporate and Investment Banking and Wealth Management at TBC Bank, responsible for developing and executing communication strategies to enhance brand and customer relationships. With extensive experience in various roles across notable organizations, including Bank of Georgia and the American Chamber of Commerce, Salome has a strong background in strategy development, team leadership, and international project management. As a lecturer in Retail Management at the Caucasus School of Business and having previously worked in roles such as Marketing Manager at BDO and Event Coordinator at Holiday Inn Tbilisi, Salome possesses a comprehensive understanding of marketing, communications, and customer experience optimization. Salome holds an MBA from the Alma Mater Studiorum – Università di Bologna and a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration with a focus on Marketing from Caucasus University.
