Dan Hogston's work experience begins in 1998 with their role as a Sergeant in the US Army. Dan later joined Family Dollar as an Allocator/Transportation Coordinator and then rejoined the US Army as a Sergeant again. In 2006, they became a Replenishment Buyer at Family Dollar. Dan then worked at Lowe's Home Improvement, starting as a Demand Planner and later becoming a Planning Manager and Corporate Audit Manager. Dan joined Limited Brands as a Manager in Inventory Demand and Deployment before moving to Meijer as an Interim Director, Merchandising/Planning Manager and later as an Inventory Manager. Dan then became a Senior Manager of Demand Planning at Newell Brands before moving to their current position as Senior Director of Sales & Operations Planning at TBC Corporation in 2022. Throughout their career, Dan has demonstrated expertise in supply chain management, sales and operations planning, inventory control, and team leadership.

Dan Hogston has a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration (BSBA) with a major in Industrial and Operations Management from the University of North Carolina at Charlotte. Dan also holds a Master of Science (MS) degree in Management, Strategy, and Leadership from Michigan State University - Eli Broad College of Business.
