David Loyless has a strong background in risk management and insurance. From 2016 onwards, they worked as the Vice President of Risk Management and Safety at TBC Corporation, where they oversaw all lines of coverage and successfully restructured the insurance program. Prior to that, from 2014 to 2016, Loyless served as the Director of Risk Management at Florida Crystals, managing the Property and Casualty Insurance Program. From 2011 to 2014, they worked as the Insurance Risk Manager/Special Projects at Oxbow Carbon LLC, overseeing marine insurance and pollution liability programs and implementing policies and procedures for the insurance department.
David Loyless earned a Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) degree in Risk Management from the University of Georgia's Terry College of Business. David attended the institution from 1990 to 1994. Following their undergraduate studies, David pursued a Master of Business Administration (M.B.A.) in Business Administration at Florida Atlantic University, attending from 1999 to 2002. Additionally, they obtained several certifications, including becoming a RIMS (Risk and Insurance Management Society, Inc.) Professional Member in March 2019, acquiring the Advanced Cash Management-Treasury certification from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill in April 2004, and obtaining the Associate in Risk Management (ARM) certification from The Institutes in May 2000.
