Elizabeth Molk

Elizabeth Molk has over 17 years of work experience in various roles focused on talent development, organizational development, and training. Elizabeth is currently the Director of Talent Development at TBC Corporation since August 2022. Prior to that, they worked as a Senior Organizational Development Consultant at Baptist Health South Florida from August 2019 to August 2022. Elizabeth also held positions at Office Depot, OfficeMax, HCSC, Glotel, and Glotel Inc, where they gained experience in supply chain training, organizational effectiveness, and client finance team leadership.

Elizabeth Molk holds a B.A in General Psychology from Washington College and an M.A in Industrial/Organizational Psychology from Roosevelt University. Elizabeth has also obtained various certifications, including Insights Transformational Leadership, Insights Deeper Discovery, Voices 360 Administrator, Insights Navigating Team Effectiveness, Insights Discovery, Lominger Leadership Architect, William Bridges - Individual Transition in Organizations Training, and William Bridges - Leading Organization Transition Training.
