Justin James

Justin James has over 28 years of experience in customer service and business technology, currently serving as the Director of Business Technology at TBC Corporation since October 2011. In addition to this role, Justin has held titles such as Director of IT Service Delivery and Director of TBC Contact Center. Prior to TBC Corporation, Justin spent over five years at Big O Tires, advancing from Customer Service Representative to Customer Service Manager. Justin's career began in May 1995 at Big O Tires Franchise, where multiple positions from entry level to management were held until January 2006.
