Paul Shandlay

Paul Shandlay is a seasoned supply chain and inventory management professional with extensive experience in various senior leadership roles. Currently serving as a Consultant in Supply Chain Transformation at TBC Corporation, Paul previously held significant positions at Christmas Tree Shops, including SVP of Planning, Allocation, and Inventory Management, where major achievements included driving annual sales of $750 million, leading a successful transition to central allocation, and overseeing the realignment of organizational structures. Additional experience includes roles at Ashley Stewart, AC Moore, and Linens N Things, where Paul managed multi-million dollar inventories and implemented key operational strategies across numerous locations. An early career began at May Department Stores, culminating in a solid educational foundation with a BS in Marketing from Penn State University.
