Randi Stockdill

Randi Stockdill is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in enterprise operations, currently serving as the Director of Enterprise Operations at TBC Corporation since June 2008. In this role, Randi oversees multinational teams, including the Enterprise Operations Center, Service Desk, and Change Management, while developing a comprehensive Major Incident Management process. Randi previously held positions as Manager of Enterprise Operations, managing a 24/7 team across two countries, and Change Control Manager, where a change management process was developed in Ivanti ServiceDesk. Earlier career experience includes roles such as Training and Services Manager at Tire Kingdom, and various creative positions at Spectrum Graphics and Goldshield. Randi holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Advertising from the University of Florida.
