Joy Maxwell

Joy Maxwell, CPA, currently serves as the Vice President of Financial Planning & Analytics at Organic Valley since January 2024. Prior to this role, Joy has had a notable tenure at St. Jude Children's Research Hospital - ALSAC, starting as a Financial Advisor and progressing through various leadership positions to become the Senior Director of FP&A Enterprise Operations and Vice President Accounting & Enterprise Controller. In these roles, Joy was instrumental in managing accounting practices, leading a team of 30 finance professionals, and producing critical financial reports. Previous experience includes serving as Associate Director of Finance at The Kraft Heinz Company, Finance Manager at FedEx Express, and Auditor at FedEx Express. Joy holds a Master of Science in Business Administration with a focus on Finance from The University of Memphis, obtained between 1998 and 2000.
