Richard Roser

Richard Roser has a diverse work experience spanning several roles and industries. Richard began their career in 1996 as a Client Representative at Marsh Inc., where they worked until 1999. From 1999 to 2002, they held various financial analyst roles at Linens N Things, including Real Estate Research Manager and Senior Financial Analyst. Richard then joined Let's Yo! Yogurt in 2012 as the Director of Real Estate Research and Development until 2015. Richard went on to work at Retrofitness, LLC from 2008 to 2020, also as the Director of Real Estate Research and Development. Most recently, since 2020, they have been serving as the Director of Business Development at Sitewise Analytics. In 2022, Richard joined TBC Corporation as the Director of Real Estate Market Research.

Richard Roser attended Bergen Catholic High School from 1988 to 1991. Following their time at Bergen Catholic, they pursued a Bachelor of Science degree in Finance at La Salle University from 1991 to 1996.
