Thomas Larson has over 15 years of experience in various marketing and management roles. Thomas began their career at O'Hare Honda as an Intern Service Advisor in 2005, followed by an internship at General Motors as a Vehicle Sales Service and Marketing Intern in 2006. Larson then joined General Motors as a District Service Manager in 2007, where they achieved a top ranking in the zone for lowest cost per vehicle service.

In 2008, Larson became a District Parts Manager at General Motors, advising Service/Parts Managers to maximize advertising coop and conquest funds. Thomas also resolved customer service cases and optimized inventory compliance. Larson later served as a Regional Service Coordinator, collaborating with the warranty team to achieve a $40 million warranty reduction goal and maintaining warranty audit records.

In 2012, Larson joined TBC Corporation as a Marketing Manager for Company Owned Midas stores, managing marketing plans for approximately 70-100 stores. Thomas then became a Marketing Manager for Midas, supporting over 1400 stores and facilitating the integration of the Midas brand within TBC. Larson also held various roles at TBC, including Sr. Marketing Manager, where they managed the marketing budget for NTB, Tire Kingdom, and Merchant's Tire stores.

Most recently, Larson has held senior leadership positions at TBC Corporation, including Sr. Director, Marketing Services/Solutions Development, and Sr. Director of Business Development. Thomas has led promotion planning, managed marketing budgets, developed customer engagement strategies, and worked closely with key leaders to drive digital transformation. Larson has a strong background in marketing, strategic planning, budget management, and team leadership.

Thomas Larson attended Southern Illinois University, Carbondale from 2003 to 2007, where they obtained a Bachelor of Science degree in Automotive Technology. Following this, they pursued further education at the DePaul Driehaus College of Business from 2009 to 2011, earning a Master of Business Administration (MBA) with a specialization in Brand Management and Entrepreneurship.
