In addition, Heather leads Fraser Consulting, providing strategic and operational advisory services to healthcare and life sciences clients. Heather's investment interests as an Angel Investor emphasize Digital Health and Health Tech, and Heather has participated in several prestigious programs, including the Ignite Cohort at MassMEDIC and as a Fellow with The Capital Network and Castor Ventures. Previously, Heather held senior roles at notable companies such as Baxalta, Biogen, and Shire, with academic credentials including an MBA from MIT Sloan School of Management and a Master of Science from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill.
