Tina Albright

Tina Albright has a varied work experience over the years. Tina started their career in 1995 as an Inside Sales & Marketing employee at Rugby Manufacturing. Tina then moved on to become a Production Manager at the same company before piloting the HR department and eventually becoming the HR Director. Rugby Manufacturing was later acquired by TBEI, Inc., and Tina was promoted to the position of HR Manager. Tina continued to climb the ladder in TBEI, Inc. and held various roles such as Director of Human Resources, Vice President of Human Relations, and finally, Director of Human Relations and Safety. In 2020, they became the Vice President of Human Relations & Safety at TBEI, Inc. In addition to their experience in the manufacturing industry, Tina Albright also worked as a Professional Show Skier at Water Ski Shows Inc. from 1991 to 1994. Tina is also involved with NTEA - The Association for the Work Truck Industry, where they currently hold the position of Manufacturer Trustee Board Chair.

Tina Albright obtained their high school diploma in General Studies from Twin Lakes High School from 1987 to 1991. After completing their high school education, they pursued a Bachelor of Science degree in International Business at Ball State University - Miller College of Business. Tina successfully graduated from the university in the year 1995.
