William Kerr

William Kerr is a Director at TBH, specializing in planning, project controls, and dispute resolution with over 20 years of experience in forensic delay and disruption analysis. Having previously held roles such as Chief Planner at Lendlease and Associate Director at Blackrock Expert Services Group, they have contributed to over 30 medium to large-scale projects worldwide, including significant infrastructure advancements. William has also served as an Expert Witness in international arbitration and possesses a BSc (Hons) in Construction Management from the University of Westminster and a PG Diploma in Construction Law from the University of Salford.
