Deonte Fields

Deonte Fields is an experienced professional with a strong background in account management and customer service. Currently serving as an Account Manager and Sales Development Representative at TBHC Delivers since January 2021, Deonte has provided training and guidance to new team members while creating comprehensive reports on account performance for senior management. Prior experience includes the role of Territory Manager at FedEx Ground, where Deonte delivered timely customer service and conducted needs analysis to assist clients, and as a Client Service Professional at Quest Transportation, LLC, with similar responsibilities. Deonte holds a Bachelor’s degree in Criminalistics and Criminal Science and a Bachelor of Business Administration from the University of Arkansas - Fort Smith, along with a high school diploma from Northside High School.
