Dimitrina Golcheva

Dimitrina Golcheva is an experienced Agile Coach with a strong background in leading distributed Scrum teams across various organizations. At tbi bank, Dimitrina served as Head of Agile Coaching, while previously at Tide, the role of Agile Lead involved guiding teams in the Member Accession Marketing Domain. Previously, Dimitrina worked at Schwarz IT KG, focusing on coaching Engineering teams in the Stackit Cloud solution, and at The Coca-Cola Company, facilitating the adoption of Agile practices as an Agile Coach and Scrum Master. Dimitrina holds a Master's and Bachelor's degree in Automatics from Technical University Sofia, completed between 1998 and 2004.
