Mihaela Edretsova

Mihaela Edretsova is a seasoned data mining professional with extensive experience in data analysis and team leadership. Currently serving as a Senior Data Mining Specialist at TBI Bank since January 2018, Mihaela is responsible for supporting the commercial organization with innovative data solutions and overseeing the growth of the data mining team. Prior to this, Mihaela held the position of Head of Data Mining Team at Telenor Bulgaria, where responsibility included designing effective processes for data needs and interfacing with commercial teams for data extraction requirements. Mihaela's background also includes a role as Expert IT at MKB Unionbank, focusing on internet banking services and core banking system performance. Mihaela holds a Master's degree in Computer Science from Technical University Sofia, complemented by a Bachelor's degree in the same field from the same institution.
