Oleksandr Pasenko

Oleksandr Pasenko is an experienced financial leader with a strong background in financial transformation and operational efficiency. Currently serving as the Head of Financial Transformation Department at TBI Bank since October 2021, Oleksandr drives digital transformation efforts to enhance processes and reduce reporting errors. Previously, as Country CFO for Romania, financial operations were optimized across three entities, and modern IT systems were implemented for better reporting. Oleksandr served as CFO and Board Member at Forward Bank, leading financial restructuring initiatives, and has extensive experience in budgeting and controlling from roles at First Ukrainian International Bank and CCG - Credit Collection Group. Oleksandr holds a Master’s Degree in Public Finance from Kyiv National Economics University and an MBA in Management and Leadership from Akademie HUSPOL s. r. o.
