Viktor Tutekov

Viktor Tutekov is an experienced professional in people and organizational development, currently serving as the People & Organizational Development Manager at tbi bank since July 2018. In this role, Viktor designs and implements development strategies for a workforce of 1600 employees across Bulgaria, Romania, and Greece, contributing to the objectives of 4Finance, Europe's largest online consumer lending group. Previously, Viktor held the position of Talent Development & Acquisition Manager at VM Finance Group, where leadership of a Center of Excellence for training and recruitment spanned ten subsidiaries. Additionally, Viktor accumulated extensive experience at Overgas Inc, progressing from a Trainee to Training Manager, and played a significant role in establishing training and performance management policies. Earlier experience includes work as a psychologist at the Ministry of Labor and Social Policy, focusing on recruitment and psychological assistance. Viktor holds a Master’s degree in Psychology from Southwest University "Neofit Rilski."
