Tim van Venrooij

Tim van Venrooij is currently a Management Trainee at TBI since September 2023. Previously, Tim worked as an Administratief medewerker at AL Raad & Partners from September 2022 to August 2023. Tim's experience also includes roles such as Company Relations for the Young Talent Event Commissie 2022 at RECG, and Vastgoed acquisiteur at I-Housing. Tim served as a Data Analyst and Graduation Intern at City Invest R.E., conducting research on a dispositional strategy. Prior to that, Tim was a KCC employee at MVGM and a trainee at Capital Value. Tim's early career involved working at Albert Heijn as a Vakkenvuller/groenteman from June 2014 to August 2019. Tim holds a Master’s degree in Real Estate Studies from the University of Groningen, with a Bachelor's degree in Human Geography and Planning from the same institution, as well as a Bachelor's degree in vastgoed & makelaardij from Rotterdam University of Applied Sciences.
