Jamie Paterson

Jamie Paterson serves as the EVP and Chief Operating Officer at TBK Bank, SSB since April 2024. Prior to this role, Jamie Paterson had a distinguished career at Barclays from April 2008 to April 2024, holding positions including President and CEO of Barclays Services LLC, Managing Director, Global Head of Client Service Centres, and Head of Contact Centres. Jamie Paterson also contributed at Bank of Scotland from July 2003 to April 2008 as Chief of Staff and Head of Consumer Service, and worked at HBOS in Products Management and Innovation during the same timeframe. Earlier experience includes a role as Sales Manager/Campaign Manager at BSkyB from 1998 to 2003. Jamie Paterson holds a BA HONS in Law from Edinburgh Napier University, completed in 2001.
