Tulani Ruffin

Tulani Ruffin is an accomplished finance professional with extensive experience in credit management, risk analysis, and account resolution. Currently serving as Vice President and Portfolio Manager at TBK Bank, SSB since July 2012, Tulani oversees high dollar and delinquent commercial accounts, manages customer service operations, and leads a team focused on collections. Previous roles include Senior Risk Analyst at GE Commercial Finance and GE Capital, where Tulani managed large ticket portfolios and conducted in-depth financial analyses. With a strong foundational experience as VP-Regional Credit Manager at Citigroup, Tulani has a proven track record in managing substantial portfolios, leading credit analysis teams, and ensuring compliance with financial regulations. Tulani earned a degree from Hampton University between 1992 and 1996.
