Clark Dugger

Clark Dugger currently serves as the Vice President of Service Delivery at TBL Networks since September 2023. Prior to this role, Clark was the Managing Director at CapTech Ventures, Inc., a $250M technology consulting firm, where the focus was on collaborating with top-tier clients in various industries including financial services, healthcare, and consumer retail from April 2007 to May 2022. Earlier experience includes positions at Accenture from September 2001 to April 2007, where Clark progressed from Consultant to Director, delivering business insights and operational processes for major telecommunications providers. Clark holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Civil Engineering from Virginia Tech.
