As Co-Founder and Executive Chairman of Solaris Disinfection Inc. since April 2012, Val Ramanand has been instrumental in developing the Lytbot, a patented robot designed to combat hospital-acquired infections through advanced UV disinfection technology. In addition, Val Ramanand serves as the Chief Executive Officer of TBM Service Group, a comprehensive facilities maintenance and property management support company in Canada, and of TBM Sanitation, which focuses on critical sanitation services to ensure operational success. Since August 2015, Val Ramanand has also led AAS Canada Inc., providing world-class aviation services while integrating local market expertise.
