Sunjyiev Mahajan is a first-generation serial entrepreneur. He has 30+ years of worldwide experience in software products - customer experience, analytics, telecom, credit risk, market research, scientific, and more. 10 years in management consulting, electronics, and FMCG. He has founded, managed, and divested in several companies. Set up joint ventures and partnerships in over 40 countries. His forte is building businesses, partnerships, global distribution, marketing, merchandising, and sales.

His current obsession Customer Experience Management - the science of intelligently crafting better customer interactions. He believes that COVID-19 has simply turned good business sense into the imperative, by forcing companies to think of new ways to care about their customers.

In 2006, he co-founded TBM Technologies, a New Delhi based software products company. TBM has received many accolades, including GSMA Global Mobile Awards, Barcelona in 2011, Most Innovative Software Development Company, India in 2017, and Telecom Technology Company of the Year in 2018, among others.

Mr. Mahajan has held various USA, UK, Germany, and Netherlands based senior global positions in market research, scientific, and credit risk management software. He has travelled extensively around the world to build an extensive network of business partnerships.

Previously, in 1990, he was one of the first country managers of a foreign software company (NASDAQ: SPSS) in post-liberalization India. Mr. Mahajan was the first Managing Director of its South Asia subsidiary.

In 1984, he founded MARRS Inc., one of India's first software products companies. MARRS developed and introduced India's first low-cost accounting software, India's first safety management system, and set up India's first software superstore.

Mr. Mahajan was a keynote speaker at the first computer shows in Bangladesh and Nepal.

Mr. Mahajan has delivered hundreds of seminars and courses worldwide. He briefly also taught an executive program at the College of New Jersey and Rutgers University. The program received funding from the United States Small Business Administration, the New Jersey Commerce, Economic Growth and Tourism Commission and Rutgers Business School.

He is the Country Representative from India on the ICT Council of the SAARC Chamber of Commerce and Industry. Previously he was an Ambassador for the New Jersey Technology Council. In 2010, he co-founded the Federation of Asian American Technology Companies, USA.

Mr. Mahajan has appeared on primetime television including BBC World, Doordarshan India, NDTV, CNN IBN, India TV, Zee News, AajTak, WIGM NJ, USA and MTV Sri Lanka among others. He has often been quoted or mentioned in print media like Economic Times, Financial Express, Times of India, Hindustan Times, The Hindu, The Statesman, Dataquest, etc.
