Sushaen Mahajan is a business owner, entrepreneur, and CTO with 15+ years of experience in the Management Consulting, Software, Telecom, and Skincare industries. His expertise includes visualizing, building, and managing high security, high availability, high reliability (99.98%), geo-redundant, multi-lingual, multimodal, cloud-based enterprise technology solutions and products from the ground up.

He has successfully led and managed complex, innovative nationwide products and projects from the ground up (often 0 to 1) with some of the world's largest Telcos, including Airtel, Vodafone Idea (Vi), and Axiata Dialog. In such critical and high stakes environments, he has led multiple teams in developing and integrating web, desktop, and mobile applications, IoT devices, advanced IVR and Speech systems, Voice and Messaging systems, Location Based Services, USSD Platforms, and Value Added Services. He also has extensive experience setting up Managed IT operations and a fully equipped 24x7x365 remote Security and Network Operations Center to monitor and manage live telecom and IT services, networks, systems, and servers in multiple places from one unified location. He designed and led the building of TBM's newest LUCKYCX Intelligent Packaging and Customer Experience SaaS platform.

He has built and set up multi-cultural business, procurement (supplier/vendor), and manufacturing relationships with companies in the United States, Germany, China, Sri Lanka, Finland, and India.

Sushaen has completed advanced management programs from Germany (German Federal Ministry for Economic Affairs and Energy and GiZ) and PMP project management from Northwestern University.
