Guardian Navigation is a leading dry bulk shipping company and dry bulk pool operator in the Supramax and Handysize sectors. For over 25 years the company has served a diverse global industrial cargo client base of over 300 customers in 20 countries, and has provided pool offerings to shipowners since 2014. With its international offices and fleet of modern, geared bulk carriers, Guardian Navigation executes to the highest standards of performance, professionalism, transparency and service for our cargo clients and pool members.

“Guardian Navigation” launched its new name in mid-2018 to reflect the resources and stability that strategic investors Mitsubishi Corporation and Lars T Ugland bring to its legacy (predecessor company TBS) as an esteemed provider of global dry bulk commodity transportation services. The strategic investment expands the company’s pool fleet and enhances the company’s growing global cargo platform and capability in the marketplace.
