Sridhar started their career at HCL Enterprise as the Head of Finance and Accounting for Far East Computers Pte. Ltd. After that, they worked at Illinois State University as a University Lecturer. Sridhar then joined Sara Lee, where they held a role in Finance and Accounting. Following this, they worked at Kraft Foods, where they held various accounting systems and financial roles. Sridhar later worked at Sylvania Lighting as a Consolidations and Reporting Consultant. Sridhar then joined Terex Corporation as the Divisional Financial Controller. After that, they worked at Quench USA, Inc. as a CFO Advisory Services. Currently, they are the Chief Financial Officer at Guardian Navigation.
Sridhar Hariharan has a Master of Business Administration with a focus on Accounting and Finance from Illinois State University. Sridhar also holds a Master's degree in Accounting from the same institution. Prior to that, they obtained a Bachelor's degree from the University of Mumbai.
