Mariusz Ogonowski

Mariusz Ogonowski has over 14 years of experience in various roles within the technology industry. Mariusz currently works at TBSCG, where they have held multiple positions since joining in 2010. Mariusz'sroles at TBSCG include Director of People, General Manager, Project Manager, and Global Resources Manager. In their role as Global Resources Manager, Mariusz was responsible for efficiently allocating resources, monitoring project activities and resourcing, and analyzing resource utilization. Prior to joining TBSCG, Mariusz worked at KEN Solutions Sp. z o.o. as a Software Developer and Technical Project Manager. During their time at KEN Solutions, they were involved in the development of recruitment software and managed projects in the education sector. Mariusz Ogonowski earned their MSc degree in Computer Science from Wroclaw University of Science and Technology, where they attended from 2002 to 2007.
