Ruben van der Velde

Ruben van der Velde currently serves as Projectleider Vastgoed at TBVA Vastgoedadvies since July 2023 and also works as Projectleider Vastgoed a.i. for Gemeente Noordoostpolder, overseeing the realization of five fire stations. Previously, Ruben held the position of Kandidaat makelaar at Snel ERA Makelaars from April 2021 to July 2023 and was a Verhuurspecialist at REBO Groep B.V. from November 2019 to March 2021. Additional experience includes roles in collections and administration at various organizations such as Vesting Finance, Janssen & Janssen c.s. Incasso & Gerechtsdeurwaarders, GGN, and De Amersfoortse. Ruben completed education at Academie voor Vastgoed (2017-2020), NHA Distance Learning in 2016, ROC Friese Poort (2007-2010), and Gomarus College (2000-2004).
