Louise Renier

Louise Renier has worked as a Talent Coordinator at TBWA\Belgium since May 2021. Their responsibilities in this role include attracting talented individuals to the agency and working on various HR projects, such as learning and development tracks and implementing HR tools. Prior to this, they worked as an HR consultant at First Floor from December 2019 to October 2021, where they gained experience in different HR projects with the support of a job coach and development track. Louise also has prior experience as a Student Job HR Consultant and an Internship HR Consultant at Ascento from March 2019 to August 2019 and from September 2018 to March 2019, respectively.

Louise Renier completed their education in a chronological order. Louise first attended Koninklijk Atheneum Mortsel from 2007 to 2013, where they earned an ASO degree with a focus on Latin-Modern Languages. Following that, they pursued a Master's degree in Industrial and Organizational Psychology at Ghent University, graduating with Magna Cum Laude honors from 2013 to 2019. Additionally, they also pursued a Master's degree in Psychology at Universidad del País Vasco/Euskal Herriko Unibertsitatea, which they completed from 2017 to 2018.
