Prior to this, Leon held the position of Managing Partner at Red Team Intelligence and Managing Director at Weathermen & Co. Leon's educational background includes a Master of Business Administration from Stellenbosch University and a Higher Diploma in Integrated Marketing Communications from AAA School of Advertising.
