Aimée van Hattum

Aimée van Hattum is a legal professional with extensive experience in intellectual property, media, and business affairs. Currently serving as the Head of Legal & Business Affairs at TBWA\NEBOKO since January 2025, Aimée also represents creative agencies on the Dutch Advertising Code Committee. Previous roles at VICE Media included Vice President of Legal & Business Affairs and Senior Legal Counsel, where responsibilities spanned across commercial and production matters in the EMEA region. Prior to VICE Media, Aimée practiced as an attorney at Hofhuis Alkema Groen Advocaten, focusing on copyright, trademark disputes, and media-related advisements. Aimée holds an LL.M. in Information Law from the University of Amsterdam and a law degree from Utrecht University, complemented by qualification to practice law in the Netherlands.
