Dorothy Lister

Dorothy Lister has a diverse work experience spanning over four decades. Dorothy began their career as a Medical Laboratory Scientific Officer at Western Infirmary Glasgow in 1979. Dorothy then worked as a Senior Research Scientist at Inveresk Research before joining BioReliance, where they held a role in Operations Management for almost two decades. Dorothy then moved on to work at Angel Biotechnology plc. as a Project Manager, responsible for leading and managing the Project Management function. Dorothy also volunteered at Maggie's Cancer Caring Centres before joining Exova Group Limited as an Operations Manager. Dorothy later joined Catalent Pharma Solutions (previously Aptuit) as a Senior Project Manager, overseeing large multi-service and complex projects. Currently, they hold the position of Senior Vice President Operations at TC BioPharm Limited, where they contribute to the development and implementation of organizational strategies and policies to promote business growth in the cancer immunotherapy field.

Dorothy Lister received a Fellowship of the Institute of Medical Laboratory Sciences (equivalent to a BSc Hons degree) with a focus on Cellular Pathology/Histopathology from Glasgow Caledonian University between the years 1983-1986. Dorothy then pursued a HNC Management degree at Stevenson College from 1995-1997, specializing in People Management, accounting, and business management. Prior to that, Dorothy received a HNC Medical Laboratory Sciences degree from Glasgow Caledonian University between the years 1979-1983, with a focus on Biochemistry, physics, histopathology, and physiology.
