Amanda Knollman

Amanda Knollman has a diverse work experience spanning several industries. Amanda most recently held the position of Director of Audio Visual Engineering at TC Restaurant Group since 2023. Prior to that, they worked as a Sound Engineer for BB King's Blues Club from 2014 to 2017. Amanda also had a role as a Sound Engineer at Self-Employed starting in 2016. In addition, Amanda worked at Quarters Bar as a Bartender and Cook from 2012 to 2013. Before that, they served as a Barista/Manager at The Coffee Gallery from 2008 to 2012 and as an Assistant Manager at Johnny Rockets from 2010 to 2011.

Amanda Knollman's education history includes a Masters Certificate in Producing from Berklee College of Music, which they obtained between the years 2008 and 2010.
