Rand Williams

Rand Williams, Assoc. AIA, has been a Senior Associate and Senior Construction Manager at TCA Architects, Inc. since April 1997. Prior to this role, Rand served as Division Engineer for the US Army Corps of Engineers from October 2013 to December 2014 and held the position of Division Provost Marshal in the Military Police from October 2004 to September 2013. Rand's educational background includes a Bachelor of Architecture degree from California Polytechnic State University-San Luis Obispo, complemented by military engineering courses through the US Army Corps of Engineers.
