Samantha Oliver Mitchell

Samantha Oliver Mitchell, LCSW, serves as the Chief Operating Officer at TCA Health Inc.- NFP since May 2020, focusing on FQHC growth and operational development, along with strategic capital project support and implementation. Prior to this, Samantha worked as an Executive Operations Consultant from January to May 2020, providing expertise in healthcare strategic planning, uniform data systems reporting, COVID-19 workflow development, and program evaluation. From November 2011 to November 2019, Samantha held the position of Chief Operating Officer at Christian Community Health Center, where significant organizational deficits were transformed into surpluses within 13 months under Samantha's leadership. Educationally, Samantha holds a BSW in Occupational Social Work from the University of the Witwatersrand and an MSW in Social Work Management & Policy from the University of Illinois Chicago.
