JJ Richa is an accomplished entrepreneur and executive with extensive experience in various leadership and investment roles. Currently serving as CEO of Pismo Ventures, a venture capital firm focused on early-stage startups, JJ is also the Co-Founder and CTO of Startup EcoSystem, Inc., and the Managing Partner and COO of P4 Collective. Additionally, JJ has held significant positions such as Managing Director at BusinessVision Advisory and Founder of Trenchant Ventures, LLC, specializing in business restructuring and consulting. An active Angel Investor with Tech Coast Angels and TCA Venture Group Orange County, JJ also contributes to academia as an Adjunct Faculty member at Concordia University Irvine. Educational credentials include a Master of Science in Computer Engineering and a Bachelor of Science in Electronics, both from California State University, Long Beach, supplemented by formative education in Lebanon.
