Lucas J. Pols

Lucas J. Pols has a diverse work experience spanning various industries and roles. Lucas J. currently serves as the President Emeritus and previously held the role of President at TCA Venture Group, one of the largest angel investor groups in the U.S. Lucas J. also served as the Vice President at TCA Venture Group. Lucas is the Founding Partner of Pegasus Angel Accelerator, where they focus on providing mentorship and support to promising new ventures. Additionally, Lucas has held positions such as Chairman of the Board at Spark xyz, Contributing Writer at Forbes, and Venture Partner at Quake Capital Partners. Earlier in their career, they worked at ADP as a Sales Executive, Sales Training Manager, and Elite District Manager. Lucas also has experience as a Photographer & Travel Writer at Lucas J. Pols Photography and worked as an Auditor at KPMG. Before that, they served as Camp Director at Camp Highlands and Assistant Director of Facilities at Santa Ynez Canyon Club.

Lucas J. Pols has a Master of Science (M.S.) in Entrepreneurship/Entrepreneurial Studies from USC Marshall School of Business, which they obtained from 2016 to 2017. Additionally, they earned a Graduate Certificate in Technology Commercialization from the same institution during the same time period. In 2005, Lucas completed their undergraduate studies in Business Management Economics, with a focus on Economics & Accounting, at the University of California, Santa Cruz. Lucas J. also studied Chinese at UCLA from 2006 to 2007. Lucas holds additional certifications, including a Fundamental Payroll Certificate from the American Payroll Association in 2015 and Series 6 & 63 certifications from FINRA in 2011.
