Michael Mings

Michael Mings has a diverse and extensive work experience spanning various roles and industries.

In 1990, they began their professional career in the US Army, where they served as a Security, Liaison, Logistics (S4), HR & Executive Aide. Michael performed various duties in different locations and held a Top Secret security clearance.

Following their military service, Mings joined Ozarks Technical Community College in 1998 as an Instructor in Information Technology for a brief period.

In 1999, they worked at FedEx Services as a FedEx.com Software Engineer. Michael then transitioned to Missouri State University, where they served as a System Administrator, Developer, and Support Specialist from 1996 to 1999.

Mings returned to FedEx Services in 2000 and held various managerial positions. Michael pioneered the Email Security Program and was a founding member of the Risk Management division for payments and shipping. Michael also served as the Interim Director of Shipment Risk Management and Forensics.

In 2009, Mings briefly worked as a Technology & Security Consultant at Wunderlich Securities.

In 2020, Mings joined Dasera as an Advisor, providing guidance and expertise in their role.

Lastly, in 2019, they co-founded TCARE, Inc., where they initially served as the Chief Information Officer. In 2020, they assumed the role of Chief Product Officer as well.

Michael Mings has a strong educational background in business and computer sciences. Michael earned a Bachelor of Science (BS) degree in Computer and Information Sciences and Support Services from Missouri State University from 1995 to 1999. Following this, they pursued further education in business administration. In 2014, they enrolled at Washington University in St. Louis, where they completed their Master of Business Administration (M.B.A.) in 2015. Immediately after, they attended a Residency Program at Fudan University, obtaining a Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree in the same year. Additionally, in August 2011, they obtained the Certified in Risk and Information Systems Control (CRISC) certification from ISACA.
