Bikram Bakshi

Bikram Bakshi is the current director at TCARE. Bikram has also worked as the vice president and general manager at BNX Systems, which was acquired by Citigroup in 2005. Before that, they worked at The Wharton School, Blu Ventures, and Maret School. From February 2014 to June 2017, they were the CEO of Optum Government and Optum International at UnitedHealth Group.

Bikram Bakshi has an MBA from The Wharton School and a BE in Computer Engineering from Delhi College of Engineering. Bikram also has a high school degree in Computer Science from Delhi Public School - R. K. Puram.
